@David – Not sure if you know the background on the two cards. But Tom Fish's card was a prize handed out at the Transcendent party through a draw. Something similar was done last year as well. Nathan Burns’ card was as a result of a charity auction put on at Topps’ dealer conference. All proceeds from the auction went to the family of Clay Parks, a break who was killed during a workplace shooting (https://www.beckett.com/news/hobby-community-raises-over-25000-and-counting-for-clay-parks-family/).
